Polls and Shenanigans

I just realized this is my third year of blogging! Third! I can't even...

It really feels like yesterday sometimes. Although, on the other hand, often I'll write a post and OrRyanGosling, a most excellent proofreader, will be all, "Oh, you're doing a repost?" And I'll be all, "Huh?"
And he'll be like, "You already blogged about this. 27 times. IF I HAVE TO READ ABOUT YOUR INEXPLICABLE LOVE OF HAMMER PANTS ONE MORE TIME..."
Me: I wouldn't really call it love. Love is such a strong word. It's more like a...fondness. A tenderness. A special understanding of one another.
OrRyanGosling: As long as you don't post any more pictures of them, because I have a delicate stomach and...




OrRyanGosling: *sigh*
Me: I so knew they were bound for a comeback! You can't hold hammer pants down...or, should I say, you can't touch them.
OrRyanGosling: Really? You went there?

Ahem.

What I'm trying to say is that 1) I'd like to post more often and 2) I'd love to know what kind of posts you enjoy reading. Also, how did I never realize how hard it is to spell the word SHI SHEE  SHENANIGANS?

You can tell me via comment, email, messenger dove. Or! Harnessing just about all the technical expertise in my arsenal, I figured out how to put a poll in this post. ETA: Okay, apparently there's not much expertise in said arsenal, but it should be working now. Sorry!

    Well, I selected Random Sarah, because she's the reason I drop in around here, but she's up to shenanigans or Google is because no vote-takey poll exists. Hmmmmmm.

    A few weeks ago my 6 year-old wanted to watch some old music videos on demand. One of the ones we watched was Can't Touch This. My little one wanted to know (1) why MC Hammer wasn't on the radio more often (He's really cool, Mom. Look at how he moves!); and (2) where we could buy her a pair of those pants. :O I told her I probably still have mine in a box in the attic somewhere....
